2) Hold down Control key (Cntrl) and click on the numbers 2-4-6-8-10-12 and on the letters B-D-F-H-J-L. All these rows and columns should be highlighted.
3) Go to the Paint Bucket on the drawing toolbar and select a light color.
4) Highlight all the cells in chart from A1 to M13. Go to Format>Row>Height. Change number to 20 and hit OK.
5) Highlight all the cells in chart from A1 to M13.Go to Format>Column>Width. Change number to 7 and hit OK.
6) Highlight all the cells in chart from A1 to M13. Right click>Format Cells>Border Tab>Outline and Inside.
